EAT! World Famous Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine

Have you tried Hawaiian fusion cuisine before? If you haven't, now might be the perfect chance for you to try Hawaii's unique blend of Asian and Western cuisine. There is a reason why Hawaii is known as the melting pot of the Pacific.

You must be thinking that you can't afford to dine at expensive restaurants...well that is also covered....just for one week. Starting November 14 through to the 20^th is the 4^th Annual Restaurant Week Hawaii event. For one week, local restaurants create unique menu selections and prix fixe menus especially for you to enjoy. To make it easier on the wallet, prices are also very reasonable.

Need another reason to take the plunge into the wonderful world of Hawaiian cuisine? A portion of the sales from Restaurant Week goes to fund the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head. The institute is aimed to train and mentor students who will go on to become leaders and ambassadors of Hawaii in the international restaurant and hospitality world.
